DEP To Hold Oct. 31 Hearing On Dart Container Corp. Title V (RACT 3) Air Quality Permit For Facility In Lancaster County

The Department of Environmental Protection will hold an October 31 hearing on a Title V Air Quality Permit (RACT 3) Plan for the Dart Container Corp. facility located in Upper Leacock Township, Lancaster County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6739)

The hearing will be held at the DEP Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg starting at 10:00 a.m.

Speakers must pre-register in order to testify at the hearing. The last day to pre-register to speak at the hearing will be the Friday before the hearing.
