DEP Sets Aug. 14 Hearing On A Stormwater Permit For The Proposed AAMPA Warehouse Project In Cumberland County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 12 PA Bulletin announcing an August 14 hearing on an Individual Stormwater NPDES Permit for the proposed 112.8 acre AAMPA Warehouse Project in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 4770)

DEP intends to issue this permit.

The hearing will be held at the Penn Township Volunteer Fire Company Building, 1750 Pine Road, Newville starting at 6:00 p.m.

Individuals who wish to offer testimony at the public hearing should register with John Repetz, Community Relations Coordinator for DEP’s Southcentral Region, at 717-705-4904 or by email at jrepetz@pa.gov  by 4:00 p.m. on August 13, 2025.

The deadline for comments is the conclusion of the August 14 hearing.

AAMPA’s NPDES Construction Stormwater permit application, draft Individual NPDES Permit and Fact Sheet is available for public review at DEP’s Southcentral Regional Office in Harrisburg.

The information will also be published on DEP’s Southcentral Regional Office Community Information webpage at AAMPA Warehouse Project.
