DEP Posted 73 Pages Of Permit-Related Notices In June 7 PA Bulletin

Highlights of the environmental and energy notices in the
June 7 PA Bulletin-- 

-- PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - June 7  [PaEN]


-- The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the June 7 PA Bulletin of a final-omitted rulemaking making corrections to Chapter 77 Noncoal Mining Blasting requirements.


-- The PA Infrastructure Investment Authority and DEP published notice in the June 7 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the FY 2025 Intended Use Plans for the federal Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program.  Comments due July 7. 


-- The Department of Human Services published notice in the June 7 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the proposed Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Plan for FY 2025-26.  Two virtual hearings are scheduled for June 24 and July 1.  


-- The Department of Labor & Industry published notice in the June 7 PA Bulletin of a final-omitted rulemaking to rescind and reserve Chapters 27, 38, 47 and 60 of the PA Construction Code regulations as directed by statute.


-- The PA Emergency Management Agency published notice in the June 7 PA Bulletin announcing the availability of revised Guidelines for the state Disaster Recovery Assistance Program.

-- The Department of Agriculture published notice in the June 7 PA Bulletin announcing it is accepting applications for Agricultural Research Grants through July 25.
