Pike & Wayne Conservation Districts, Trout Unlimited Chapter Host May 31 Stream Keepers Program For Youth Ages 11-14

The Pike and Wayne counties Conservation Districts and the Pike/Wayne Chapter of Trout Unlimited are hosting another
Stream Keepers Program May 31 at Carlton Drake Memorial Park in Newfoundland from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for students ages 11 to 14.

This is a free hands-on program for students and their chaperone to learn about stream health.

Together you will explore activities like macro invertebrate surveying, fly tying, fly casting and more.

Registered youth will receive an activity/reflection journal and use of provided stream equipment.

All participants will receive lunch free of charge.
