-- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notice in the May 31 PA Bulletin the Executive Director gave his approval to or renewed 45 general water use permits in April for individual shale gas well drilling pads in Blair, Bradford, Luzerne, Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, Susquehanna and Tioga counties. So far in 2025, SRBC issued or renewed 187 general water use permits for shale gas development. Read more here.
