The hearing will be held at the Springettsbury Township Building, `1501 Mt. Zion Road in York starting at 6:00 p.m.
Any person wishing to present comments must register with John Repetz a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the hearing by telephone at (717) 705-4904 or in writing at 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
To date, residential potable wells have been affected by perchloroethylene (PCE) above Maximum Contaminant Limits (MCLs). Residents at the Brookhaven MHC have been connected with public water. Other residents with contaminated wells are receiving or have been offered bottled water service.
The deadline for comments is July 12.
