The project will involve five permanent stream crossing, one temporary stream crossings, seven permanent wetland crossings and four temporary wetland crossings
The project will impact East Branch Murray Run (Exceptional Value) and unnamed tributaries to Slacks Run (High Quality).
Comments are due 30 days from this notice-- May 12.
