DEP Invites Comments On Chapter 105 Permit For EQT ARO LLC 3 Mile Natural Gas Gathering Pipeline In Cascade Twp., Lycoming County

The Department of Environmental Protection invites comments on a Chapter 105 Encroachment permit for a three mile long, 8-inch natural gas gathering pipeline being constructed on a 50 foot wide right-of-way by EQT ARO LLC in Cascade Township, Lycoming County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2771)

The project will involve five permanent stream crossing, one temporary stream crossings, seven permanent wetland crossings and four temporary wetland crossings

The project will impact East Branch Murray Run (Exceptional Value) and unnamed tributaries to Slacks Run (High Quality).

Comments are due 30 days from this notice-- May 12.
