DEP Invites Comments On Draft PA Great Lakes Water Management Program 5-Year Report

The Department of Environmental Protection is inviting comments on the draft Pennsylvania Great Lakes Water Management Program 5-Year Report issued as part of the Great Lakes- St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact.  (formal notice)

As part of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Sustainable Water Resources Agreement, DEP submitted draft questionnaire responses to the compact Council and regional body for use in the ''every five-year report'' that demonstrates compliance with compact and agreement provisions.

Those responses are included in the draft 5-year Report.
