The permits include a Chapter 102 Erosion and Sedimentation, Chapter 105 Encroachments and a Section 401 Water Quality Certification.
The project involves excavating, elevating and then replacing 5.33 miles of four natural gas pipelines-- two 30-inch and two 36-inch pipelines.
