The permit also includes associated access roads, utilities, stormwater infrastructure, and security infrastructure, involving the permanent filling of two wetland areas: (a) 0.12 acre of PEM wetland (wetland 4) and (b) 0.13 acre of PEM wetland (wetland 3). Purchase of 0.26 acre of wetland mitigation credits at the Mahoning Creek Mitigation Bank to compensate for wetland impacts.
The project is located along SR 1019—North Cedar Crest Boulevard, immediately across from intersection with Suncrest Drive, Allentown, PA 18104.
DEP will accept comments on the application for 30 days from this notice.
No hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.
This application is available for review at DEP’s Northeast Regional Office, Waterways and Wetlands Program 2 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre PA - telephone 570-826-2511.
