-- Today’s Violations: DEP: Follow-up inspection of TWO Formentera OPR LLC shale gas wells in Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County found plugging operations did not stop the flow of gas from the wells due to casing/cement failures. More work needed. Wells drilled in 2013. Read more here.
