The Reliability Project includes the--
-- TL-636 Natural Gas Transmission Line, Murraysville Borough, Westmoreland County;
-- JB Tonkin Compressor Station, Murraysville Borough, Westmoreland County;
-- Two existing contractor yards, Salem Twp., Westmoreland County;
-- Delmont Pipeline Metering & Regulating Facility, Salem Twp., Westmoreland County;
-- Crayne Compressor Station, Franklin & Morgan Twp., Greene County; and
-- Roaring Run Pipeline Metering & Regulating Facility, Kiskiminetas Twp., Armstrong County.
The approvals include a Section 401 Water Quality Certification, Chapter 105 Encroachments and Chapter 102 Erosion and Sedimentation Permit.
DEP’s Regional Permit Coordination Office is accepting comments on these permits until January 12-- 30 days after the notices.
No hearings have been scheduled, but they may be requested.
