The acreage is located in Tamaqua and Coaldale Boroughs, Schuylkill and Lansford, Nesquehoning and Summit Hill Boroughs, Carbon County.
The discharge permit includes two inactive and two active discharge outfalls each with a discharge rate of 14.4 million gallons per day.
Three of the discharge outfalls go into Panther Creek and the fourth into the Little Schuylkill River.
No hearing or informal conference on the application has been scheduled, but one can be requested.

Comments can be sent to the same office by January 19-- 30 days from the notice.
