DEP Proposes To Renew Air Quality Permit For Constellation Energy Oil-Fired Falls Generation Station In Bucks County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 6 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the renewal of the Title V Air Quality Permit for the Constellation Energy Generation, LLC fuel oil-fired
Falls Generation Station in Falls Township, Bucks County. (PA Bulletin, page 8281)

The facility is a 51 MW peaking electric generation station.

The application and related documents can be viewed at the DEP Southwest Regional Office, 2 East Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401.  Appointments can be made by calling 383-250-5900.

No hearing has been scheduled on the proposed Plan Approval, but one may be requested.

Comments are due January 5-- 30 days after this notice.
