“Resilient Reading Roundtables bring topics to the community designed to educate, inspire, and provide examples of how building for resiliency enables communities to thrive,” said Ashley DiGregorio, GBA Senior Director, Energy and Community. “This month, we want to emphasize the importance of conserving water through smart, forward-thinking practices in efficient plumbing fixtures, landscaping, and operations.
“In every community, water is a vital resource, and who better to lead by example than Reading Area Water Authority, as the greater Reading area has experienced prolonged drought conditions in the past year and knows the importance of changing practices to use water as efficiently as possible,” DiGregorio added.
