DEP Invites Comments On Permit For 204 Aboveground Storage Tanks Totaling 1.3 Million Gallons At Proposed Amazon A.I. Data Center In Salem Twp., Luzerne County

The Department of Environmental Protection invites comments on a Site-Specific Storage Tank Permit for 204 aboveground petroleum storage tanks totaling 1,306.647 gallons at the Amazon  Data Services, Inc. A.I. data center in Salem Township, Luzerne County. 
(PA Bulletin, page 5922)

The tanks are likely for storing diesel fuel for backup generators at the site.

The deadline for comments is September 15.
