DEP Sets Feb. 6 Hearing On Title V-RACT 3 Air Quality Permit For Pixelle Specialty Solutions Spring Grove, York County Facility

The Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a February 6 hearing on the Title V-RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the Pixelle Specialty Solutions, LLC plant in Spring Grove, York County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8498)

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Southcentral Regional Office, 909 Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg starting at 11:00 a.m.

Persons unable to attend the hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits within 10 days thereafter to Tom Bianca at 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110, or at tbianca@pa.gov. 

The initial 30-day comment period closes January 27.
