DEP Finalizes Great Lakes Water Management Program 5-Year Report

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 14 PA Bulletin announcing the availability of the Final Pennsylvania Great Lakes Water Management Program Report. 

As part of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Sustainable Water Resources Agreement, DEP submitted draft questionnaire responses to the compact Council and regional body for use in the ''every five-year report'' that demonstrates compliance with compact and agreement provisions.

Those responses are included in the final 5-year Report.

DEP held a public comment period on the draft Report in September.
