DEP To Hold Jan. 29 Hearing On Title V-RACT 3 Air Quality Permit For Wheatland Tube LLC Plant In Hermitage, Mercer County

The Department of Environmental Protection announced a January 29 hearing on the Title V-RACT 3 Air Quality Permit for the Wheatland Tube LLC Council Avenue Plant in the City of Hermitage, Mercer County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8554)

The hearing will be held at DEP’s Northwest Regional Office, 230 Chestnut Street in Meadville, Crawford County starting at 10:00 a.m.

In the event that no one registers for the hearing by January 24, 2025, the hearing will be canceled.

Persons unable to attend the hearing may submit a written statement and exhibits within 10 days thereafter to Matthew Williams at, 230 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335 or at matwilliam@pa.gov. 

The initial 30-day public comment period closes on January 27.
