PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices/Opportunities To Comment

The following DEP notices were published in the
December 17 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Diversified Production LLC - Longhorn Pad C Facility: DEP invites comments on notice of intent to issue an Air Quality Plan Approval for the facility located in Jay Twp., Elk County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7746)

-- Constellation Energy Generation LLC - Eddystone Generating Station: DEP invites comments on intent to issue Title V Air Quality Permit for the facility located in Eddystone Borough, Delaware County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7748)

Chapter 105 Encroachment Permits

-- Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC - Line 1570 Phase 1 Slip Repair Project: DEP inviting comments on Chapter 105 application for a project to repair, stabilize and maintain one slip along an existing natural gas pipeline in Gilmore Twp., Greene County. (PA Bulletin, page 7780)
