PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices/Opportunities To Comment

The following DEP notices were published in the
December 10 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- EQT Corporation - David C. Duncan Well Pad: DEP received Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with drilling wastewater in Cascade Twp., Lycoming County.  (PA Bulletin, page 7553)

-- Coterra Energy Inc. - J. Griffiths Well Pad: DEP received Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with diesel-based drilling mud in Rush Twp., Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 7553)

-- Penneco Oil Company, Inc. - Braddock 7H Well Pad: DEP received a Final report on remediation of soil contaminated with Benzene, sec-Butylbenzene, tert-Butylbenzene, Cyclohexane, Ethyl benzene, Isopropyl benzene (Cumene), Naphthalene, Toluene, 1,2,4-trimethyl benzene, 1,3,5-trim- ethyl benzene, Xylene, Acenapthalene, Anthracene, Benzo-(a)anthracene, Benzo(a)pyrene, Benzo(b)fluoranthene, Benzo(g,h,i)perylene, Biphenyl, Chrysene, Fluoranthene, Fluorene, Indenopyrene, 2-Methylnaphthalene, Phen- anthrene, Pyrene, and Phenol in Aleppo Twp., Greene County.
