DEP Invites Comments On Transfer Of Ownership Of Little Blue Run Residual Waste Disposal Impoundment In Beaver County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the December 10 PA Bulletin inviting comments on an application to transfer the Little Blue Run Residual Waste Disposal Impoundment Permit from Energy Harbor Generation LLC to LBR Acquisition Company, LLC in Green Twp., Beaver County and Hancock County, WV.  (PA Bulletin, page 7530)

Comments must be submitted within 60 days of the PA Bulletin notice.

Comments or questions concerning the application should be directed to RA-EP-EXTUPLSWRO@pa.gov,  DEP Southwest Regional Office, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-4745, 412-442-4000.
