The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee is scheduled to meet June 23 on legislation to add a member to DEP’s Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board.
House Bill 2219 (James-R-Venango) would add a member of the coal refuse energy industry to the Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board (sponsor summary).
The usual tag-line was added to the meeting agenda notice-- “and any business that may come before the Committee.”
