Coalition For The Delaware River Watershed Stormwater Management In PA Webinar Series Starts April 14

The series will focus on regulatory drivers of stormwater management in Pennsylvania, with an overview of how stormwater is addressed federally under the Clean Water Act, followed by a detailed look at the history and requirements of Pennsylvania’s Stormwater Management Act (Act 167) and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit program. 
Requirements for developing Pollution Reduction Plans-- a relatively new aspect of MS4 compliance for municipalities with impaired waters--  will also be covered in detail

The webinars are presented by the Brodhead Watershed Association, American Rivers, and PA Environmental Council, with a guest presentation by the Monroe County Conservation District.
