On November 19, DEP’s Citizens Advisory Council and Environmental Justice Advisory Board hold what has become an annual joint meeting to review issues related to environmental justice in the Commonwealth from 10:00 a.m. to noon.

-- Act 54 Underground Coal Mining Impacts Report Update by Bill Allen, Director, Bureau of Mining Programs and Sharon Hill, Group Manager. [Note: DEP has received the 5th Act 54 report from the University of Pittsburgh and is reviewing the report.]

-- Update on DEP’s Environmental Education Program by Bert Myers, Director Environmental Education
