The following notices were published in the September 27 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- DEP published notice in the September 27 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a new NPDES Wastewater Permit for the Fluid Recovery Services, LLC Kingsley Facility oil and gas wastewater treatment facility discharging into Tunkhannock Creek located in Lenox Twp., Susquehanna County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6885)

-- DEP published notice in the September 27 PA Bulletin inviting comments on a Chapter 105 permit for a 2 mile long 12-inch natural gas Hyperion Midstream, LLC [EQT] pipeline between the Titan shale gas well pad and the proposed Athena Valve Site impacting Thorn Run (High Quality), Steels Run (High Quality) and Exceptional Value wetlands located in Murraysville Boro and Washington Township, Westmoreland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6914)

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Expand Operating, LLC - Roundwood Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated by diesel to meet the Statewide Health Standards at the pad located in Braintrim Twp., Wyoming County. (PA Bulletin, page 6924)

-- CNX Gas Company - RHL 71 Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater (aluminum, barium, boron, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, zinc, and chloride) to meet the Statewide Health Standards at the pad located in Richhill Twp., Greene County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6925)
