Call For Presentations: Bucknell University River Symposium Nov. 6-7

The Bucknell University Ecology Center is now accepting presentation proposals for the 2026 Bucknell River Symposium to be held November 6-7 at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Union County.

The theme for the Symposium is Currents of Change - Rivers, Landscapes & Life - Past, Present & Future.

The Symposium brings together academics, consultants, state, federal, and regional agencies, conservation groups, and the public to discuss ongoing scientific research and innovative projects, to increase awareness and understanding of rivers, landscapes, and life.

The schedule will include speakers, poster and oral presentations, breakout discussions, and networking socials.  

All events take place in the Elaine Langone Center on the campus of Bucknell University and are free and open to the public.
