South Mountain Partnership: Shippensburg University Public Feedback Survey On Michaux State Forest Trail Systems In Adams, Franklin Counties

Michaux State Forest District is conducting a trail assessment of the trails south of Route 30 in the coming months. The study area is in Adams and Franklin Counties

This work includes assessment of physical trail sustainability, community engagement, and a model recreation map and final report for Michaux State Forest staff to plan trails in the area. 

However, we need your help to provide feedback on this process. 

DCNR is seeking public input during this process to create the best sustainable shared-use trail system possible. 

You can help in  ways--

-- Take the survey yourself

-- Share the survey with your communities by either sharing online or printing this poster and putting it in your favorite public space.

There are a lot of quality trails and recreational opportunities in this section of Michaux. 

All forest users are invited to provide input!
