The project known as the Longwall Mining Panel M1 Project will involve excavating and elevating two 30-inch and two 36-inch pipelines in Center and Richhill Townships, Greene County above a CONSOL coal mine.
The construction will involve impacts to Jacobs Run (High Quality), Whitethorn Run, floodways and temporary and permanent impacts to wetlands.
A 30-day public comment period has been opened.
