Tiny Worlds chronicles Rosalie’s 6-month journey from Alabama to Newfoundland in 2022 as she hiked and looked for small, often-overlooked flora, fauna, and fungi.
She painted and wrote about her observations along the way, and the finished book includes more than 150 watercolor paintings and illustrated maps.
This book is a celebration of Appalachian biodiversity and an invitation to tune into our natural surroundings in a deeper way.
Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at her adventures and artwork and the opportunity to participate in a Q&A following the talk.
Join us for this “virtual” tour of often overlooked flora and fauna and be inspired by Rosalie’s beautiful watercolors to go outside and show your friends what you’ve discovered!
This event is free, but registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link.
