PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices, Opportunities To Comment - March 15

The following notices were published in the
March 15 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- DEP published multiple notices in the March 15 PA Bulletin inviting comments on Chapter 105 Encroachment and Chapter 102 Erosion and Sedimentation permits and a Section 401 Certification for the National Fuel Gas Tioga Pathway Natural Gas Pipeline Project in McKean, Potter and Tioga Counties.  (PA Bulletin, pages 2200 - 2203

The Project includes constructing 19.48 miles of new pipeline in Potter and Tioga counties, replacing 3.84 miles of pipeline in Potter County, one new overpressure protection station in Potter County, installing measurement facilities in Tioga County, valve settings, and a cathodic protection ground bed. 

The project area includes: Liberty Township, McKean County; Allegany Township and Harrison Township, Potter County; and Brookfield Township, Chatham Township, Deerfield Township, Middlebury Township, and Westfield Township, Tioga County.   Read more here.
