Penn State Extension: April 9 Webinars: Introduction To Working Riparian Buffers You Can Eat; Other Buffer Resources

  Penn State Extension will host two webinar sessions on April 9 on Introduction To Working Riparian Buffers You Can Eat at Noon and 7:00 a.m.

Riparian buffers offer many environmental benefits that improve water quality, stream health, and wildlife habitat. 

When buffers are "working" they can also diversify income, grow food for humans, and produce plants used for textiles and dyes. 

This introductory webinar will provide information on the basics of working buffers, share resources for installation, and discuss current markets using riparian products.
