PA Oil & Gas Industrial Facilities: Permit Notices/Opportunities To Comment - November 4

The following DEP notices were published in the November 4 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Air Quality Permits

-- NFG Midstream Covington LLC - Wellsboro Tract 007 Compressor Station: DEP issued a Air Quality General Permit (GP-5) for the compressor station located in Delmar Twp., Tioga County. (PA Bulletin, page 6925)

-- Coterra Energy, Inc.: Austin E Shale Gas Pad 1 Compressor: DEP issued a Air Quality General Permit (GP-5) for the compressor station located in Lenox Twp., Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 6926)

-- Waste Management-Tullytown Facility - Backup Enclosed Methane Flare: DEP issued an Air Quality Plan Approval for the flare located at the landfill facility in  Falls Twp., Bucks County. (PA Bulletin, page 6926)

-- Buckeye Terminals, LLC: DEP extended temporary operation of an aboveground storage tank for petroleum products located in Hempfield Twp., Westmoreland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6927)

-- MIPC LLC - Chelsea Tank Farm: DEP issued a Title V Air Quality permit for the Chelsea Tank Farm, a pipeline breakout station for refined petroleum products located in Upper Chichester Twp., Delaware County. (PA Bulletin, page 6927)

-- ETC Northeast Field Services, LLC - Pike Compressor Station: DEP approved a change to the compressor station located in New Sewickley Twp., Beaver County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6928)

-- Gans Energy, LLC - Natural Gas-fired Power Plant: DEP issued an Air Quality Operating Permit revision for the facility located in Springhill Twp., Fayette County.   (PA Bulletin, page 6928)

NPDES Individual Stormwater Permits

-- Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC - 11 Mile Natural Gas Pipeline Project: DEP invites comments on application for individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for a project impacting the Center Branch and North Branch Pigeon Creek in North Bethlehem and Somerset Townships, Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6889)

-- Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC - 10 Mile Natural Gas Pipeline Project: DEP invites comments on application for individual NPDES Stormwater Permit for a project impacting the Little Chartiers Creek, Minto Creek, Sugar Run and Monongahela River in North Strabane, Nottingham and Union Townships, Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6890)
