Call For Abstracts For The PFAS Specialty Conference Nov. 10 In Cumberland County

The organizing committee for the November 10 PFAS Specialty Conference issued a call for abstracts on behalf of the PA Water Environment, PA Section American Water Works and PA Municipalities Associations.

The deadline for submissions is September 2.

PFAS ‘forever chemicals’ continue to be a challenge for municipalities and water authorities in Pennsylvania.

Recognizing the important role of cooperation in today’s regulatory and economic environment to meet water quality goals better, cheaper, and faster and are soliciting abstracts to share your successes.

Abstracts are being requested in these categories-- challenges, infrastructure and funding.

The Conference will be held November 10 at the Penn Harris Hotel & Conference Center in Camp Hill, across the river from Harrisburg.
