The Department of Human Services is making available for public comment the FY 2020-21 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Plan. (formal notice)
Three teleconference public hearings will be held on the proposal on June 30, July 7 and 9. Instructions for joining the hearing are included in the PA Bulletin Notice.
Comments on the plan are due by July 17. Read the entire PA Bulletin notice for all the details.
The plan will be posted on the DHS Heating Assistance/LIHEAP webpage.
