The Senate Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure Committee will hold a hearing April 10 on Senate Bill 510 (Aument-R-Lancaster) adding nuclear power plants to the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards to provide financial support to the industry.
This is the Senate version of House Bill 11 (Mehaffie-R-Dauphin) that was the subject of the first of 4 hearings by the House Consumer Affairs Committee on April 8.
