DEP Issues Water Quality Certification For Equitrans Gas Pipeline Replacement In Greene County
The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the October 21 PA Bulletin (page 6563) it has issued the final Section 401 State Water Quality Certification for the Equitrans Natural Gas Pipeline Replacement Project for 5 miles of 12-inch pipeline in Greene County.
