The Susquehanna River Basin Commission holds a hearing on proposed water withdrawal requests on November 3 in Room 8E-B East Wing of the Capitol Building in Harrisburg starting at 2:00. (formal notice)
The Commission will take comments on 25 water withdrawal requests and 2 actions involving water diversions out of the Susquehanna River Basin.
The deadline for comments is November 14.
Written comments on any project listed previously may also be mailed to Jason Oyler, General Counsel, Susquehanna River Basin Commission, 4423 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110-1788 or submitted electronically online.
The next business meeting of the Commission is scheduled for December 8 at the Loews Annapolis Hotel, 126 West Street, Annapolis, MD starting at 9:00 a.m.
