DEP Invites Comments On Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage Ellisburg Natural Gas Storage And Compressor Station In Potter County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the August 1 PA Bulletin inviting comments on the renewal of a Title V Air Quality Permit for the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage, Inc. Ellisburg Natural Gas Storage and Compressor Station in Genesee Township, Potter County. (PA Bulletin, page 4586)

No hearing has been scheduled on the application, but one may be requested.

Comments are due by August 31-- 30 days after this notice.

Comments should be sent to Muhammad Q. Zaman, Air Quality Program Manager, DEP Northcentral Regional Office, 208 W. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
