DEP Invites Comments On Air Quality Permit For 282 Generators For Amazon Data Center Project In Falls Twp., Bucks County

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the July 18 PA Bulletin inviting comments on an Air Quality Plan Approval to construct 280 natural gas-fired generators and two diesel-fired generators for the Amazon Data Center Project in Falls Township, Bucks County.   (PA Bulletin, page 4278) 

The deadline for public comments is August 17-- 30 days from this notice.

No public hearing has been scheduled, but one may be requested.

Comments should be sent to the DEP Southeast Regional Office, Air Quality Program 2 East Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401 or to: RA-EPSEROAQPUBCOM@pa.gov.
