The full-time, remote position leads the day-to-day work of one of Pennsylvania's most active statewide conservation organizations, representing 49 local Trout Unlimited chapters and approximately 11,000 members across the Commonwealth.
The Executive Director serves as program director of the Coldwater Heritage Partnership-- a joint effort of PATU, the Fish & Boat Commission, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, and the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds that funds grants to evaluate, conserve, and protect the state's coldwater streams.
The position also oversees PATU's support of the Trout in the Classroom environmental education program, which brings trout-raising and watershed education to K–12 classrooms statewide in partnership with the Fish & Boat Commission and coordinates the biennial Keystone Coldwater Conference.

The position is home-office based within Pennsylvania with statewide travel. The salary range is $62,000–$77,000, commensurate with skills and experience, plus Trout Unlimited's full benefits package.
