House Releases Budget Hearing Schedule

The House Appropriations Committee Thursday released its budget hearing schedule on the FY 2016-17 budget request--

-- February 29: 2:00- Dept. of Conservation and Natural Resources

-- March 8: 9:30- Dept. of Environmental Protection

-- March 9: 1:30- Dept. of Agriculture

-- March 10: 9:30-Governor's Budget Office

All hearings are in Room 140 of the Main Capitol.

Rep. Bill Adolph (R-Delaware) serves as Majority Chair of the Committee and Rep. Joe Markosek (D-Allegheny) serves as Minority Chair.

-- February 24-- 10:00 Dept. of Conservation and Natural Resources

-- February 25-- 10:00 Dept. of Environmental Protection

-- March 1-- 3:00 Dept. of Agriculture

All hearings are in Hearing Room 1, North Office Building.

Sen. Pat Browne (R-Lehigh) serves as Majority Chair of the Committee and Sen. Vincent Hughes (D-Philadelphia) serves as Minority Chair.
