Request For Proposals, Exhibits: Dive Deeper III Water Educator Summit Sept. 22

Summit organizers are now accepting proposals for Presenters and Exhibitors at the 2016 Dive Deeper III Summit, the biennial youth water educators summit hosted by Penn State Extension on September 22 in Harrisburg.  The deadline for submissions is February 29.
Proposals
The Summit is seeking presenters for concurrent sessions that will be held throughout the day of the Summit. Session topics for 2016 include—
-- New curriculum or teaching tools for youth water education
-- Urban water issues (drinking water, stormwater, wastewater, etc.)  New techniques for water quality monitoring
-- Using technology to teach about water
-- Current Issues/Topics (mineral extraction, climate change, invasive species, emerging pollutants, land use) as they relate to water in the Mid-Atlantic Region
-- Teaching about water to diverse audiences
-- STEM Education with a water focus
-- Addressing science standards (NGSS and local) with water education

Exhibits
Summit organizers are also seeking exhibitors to display information at a limited number of spaces in our networking area at the summit.  The focus of this conference is to strengthen the capacity of educators to teach youth about water, water ecosystems, aquatic life, and related topics.  Visit Here to submit exhibit proposals.
