The Department of Environmental Protection’s Office of Oil and Gas Management will be hosting a webinar January 6 at 11:30 a.m. on the final “Environmental Protection Performance Standards at Oil and Gas Well Sites” rulemaking (Chapters 78 and 78a) regulations that are being submitted to the Environmental Quality Board.
DEP Secretary John Quigley and Deputy Secretary for Oil and Gas Scott Perry will review the regulations and how they affect Pennsylvania residents. Questions will be accepted from accredited media.
