Area artists are invited to participate in the Earth Day celebration to be held 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 26 at ForEvergreen Nature Preserve in Monroe County
The event is in celebration of the new 40-acre preserve, the former golf course of Penn Hills in Stroud Township.
Brodhead Watershed Association, Pocono Heritage Land Trust and Stroud Township, hosts of the event, seek 15 to 30 artists to display and sell their work during the celebration.
Each artist will have a 12-by-12 lawn space to display their work. Limited indoor space in case of inclement weather is available. Exhibitors will be listed in promotion efforts, including social media, websites, a printed event program and community outreach.
Cost is a $25 donation to ForEvergreen Nature Preserve ($5 discount if registration and payment are received by April 10).
