Environmental Quality Board Meets April 14 On Final Land Recycling Chromium (VI) Standard; Fee Report For Uniform Environmental Covenants Act

The Environmental Quality Board is scheduled to meet on April 14 on a final regulation setting an updated chromium (VI) standard in the Land Recycling Program.

Also on the agenda is a three-year fee report on the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act that recommends no change in fees.
