South Mountain Partnership Now Accepting Applications For Mini-Grants

The
South Mountain Partnership is now accepting applications for Mini-Grants intended to catalyze on-the-ground projects that further the goals of the Partnership.  Applications due April 30.

The Partnership serves Cumberland, Adams, Franklin, and York counties.

The Program provides funding, on a competitive basis, to projects that sustain the South Mountain landscape’s sense of place by protecting and promoting the region’s Landscape Resources. 

Mini-Grants are single-year grants for projects or work from September 2025 - December 2026, ranging from $2,500 to $15,000. Eligible applicants include municipalities, municipal agencies, counties, academic institutions, and authorized 501(c)(3) non-profits.
