The PA Bright leasing program aims to make solar leasing more accessible and affordable to low and moderate income families.
The PA Bright team makes upgrading your home to reliable, affordable clean energy easy: we’ll set you up to save money on electricity with no upfront cost (with certain options), no ongoing maintenance fees, and no need to take on debt.
The program is available in Southwestern (Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Lawrence, Washington, and Westmoreland counties) and Southeastern (Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties) Pennsylvania and is run by Capital Good Fund.
It is also available in a disadvantaged census tract as identified by the Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool.
Eligible participants must also have a gross annual income less than $100,000.
