This meeting will focus on actions you can support that benefit local stream and groundwater quality as well as enhance conditions downstream for the human and natural communities that rely on access to clean water.
There will be two presentation/dialogue segments: Know Your Responsibilities Under Pennsylvania's Recently Revised Fertilizer Law, a presentation delivered by state Department of Agriculture’s Denise Uzupis.
The Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Chesapeake Bay Watershed Restoration staff will update the Partnership about the latest progress and next steps as the Commonwealth continues to lead measures that reduce nutrient and sediment pollution in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed and how such measures can overlap with SWP goals.
