The responsibilities include the administration, management, and supervision of all functions and programs of the district’s operation.
Major programs include Earth Disturbance and Stream Encroachment (chapters 102 & 105 of the PA Code), Dirt & Gravel and Low Volume Road Programs, Agricultural Conservation Programs, Nutrient & Manure Management and Environmental Education.

Minimum qualifications are a bachelor's degree and two years’ experience in agricultural,
environmental, or conservation related fields.
Experience in management and supervision are highly desirable. A valid driver’s license is required.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits are included.
